STUDY: 90% of Moms Psyched to Watch 3 Hours of Groban Tonight

Researchers from Hartford University announced the results of a wide-ranging study in advance of tonight’s Antoinette Perry Awards. “According to our research, a whopping 90% of Moms report feeling ‘psyched’ to watch 3 hours of Josh Groban on national television as he hosts the Tony Awards” announced Kelly Fitzpatrick, the lead author of the study.
Moms were also asked to describe their favorite things about the actor/singing sensation. The most commonly used words were “captivating,” “clean-cut,” and “winsome.” Fitzpatrick and her team reported that Groban’s appeal cuts across all demographic lines within the sub-group of “Moms.” “The combination of silky-smooth vocals and an adorable smile makes Groban nearly irresistible to Moms across all 50 states,” contended Fitzpatrick in a last-minute press conference this afternoon.
For their part, most Moms planned to spend the evening cracking open a bottle of “vino” and savoring the sweet sounds of Groban until credits roll on this year’s Tony’s.
