BFA Actor Discovers That She is Actually Invisible

The Bathroom of Ripley Greer:
After weeks of auditioning with “literally no response” recent graduate Kaley M. Hue looked into the mirror to discover that she was actually invisible.
“I'm kind of relieved!” explained Kaley in an interveiw. “I wasn't hearing back from ANYONE. I thought my email was broken for awhile!”
Kaley, (who up until recently was an average looking brunette) has a limited theatrical skilll set, a passion for Lulu Lemon and zero EMC points. She moved to NYC in the fall.
“I am a good 'mover' with a 'sweet' singing voice, AND I play one song on the piano. I figured an awesome theater company would discover me right away."
But everything changed for Kaley when she got to New York..."It really seemed as if no one was seeing me. I have not received a single callback. Not even a nod. Not a single person from the theater community has acknowledged I exist in any capacity. I mean no one. Not a monitor. Not the guys who run security at Pearl. Not the people at Reproductions. Not my roomates. Not the volunteer ushers at The Corner Office Theater. I was really upset before I realized what was happening to me.”
Kaley, however, is not one to give up without a fight. “Broadway is a different place than it used to be, and I know someone, somewhere will find a place for an invisible girl. And in the meantime? I'll just work on my voiceover reel."
